I got in touch with Anjali and her team to roll out a program on campus to corporate. The team was extremely approachable, accommodating and promptly responded to our requirements. Considering our participants just graduated from college, the learning had to be extremely engaging. Anjali and her team did a good job in ensuring participants were engaged by using ‘activity based approach’ of learning and no power point presentations. Each activity explained the concepts that made it easy for participants to understand and retain. One of the common feedback I received from my participants was the fact that they got to know about their own personalities and how to apply their personalities to get best results at work. I discovered Anjali at a Coaching certification program. Most practicing coaches tend to share more about themselves than take the extra time to learn the history, personal motivations of the coachee, however during the few practice sessions we did, I found Anjali very authentic with the coaching process. Her candor, openness and humility stayed with me. These competencies being the hallmarks of impressive trainers, I thought to myself that at the first opportunity I should work with her. We got the chance to collaborate on a Business Communication skills workshop for NCDEX. During the initial interactions, I found Anjali diligently conduct the diagnostics and she came up with an interactive instructional design for the program. It has been two years consequently that Ahaan Consulting has been conducting this program for the Junior & Mid Management staff.
