I got in touch with Anjali and her team to roll out a program on campus to corporate. The team was extremely approachable, accommodating and promptly responded to our requirements.
Considering our participants just graduated from college, the learning had to be extremely engaging. Anjali and her team did a good job in ensuring participants were engaged by using ‘activity based approach’ of learning and no power point presentations.
Each activity explained the concepts that made it easy for participants to understand and retain. To name a few – Understand Corporate expectations, A sense of accountability, ownership and responsibility, Collaboration etc..
One of the common feedback I received from my participants was the fact that they got to know about their own personalities and how to apply their personalities to get best results at work.
Overall a great program that met my program objective.
