1. Manage Emotions Well:
Learn to let go the people and thoughts that create stress, resentment, and bitterness that hampers your confidence.
2. Build Relationships:
Schedule time to build relationships. Know how to set and manage boundaries. Focus on positives and believe that everyone is worthy of meaningful connection
3. Pivot with Change and Embrace it:
Be the change before the change influences you. That is how you will not feel dragged into it. When you are consciously aware of the change, it is much easier to find new opportunities, face the uncertainties, and steer your life towards progress.
4. Seek Help and Learn:
Understand that asking for help is sign a strength and not a weakness. This new world, which is driven virtually, it is impossible to advance without collaboration. Also, don’t forget to thank people for the aid they give.
